The cost of a tattoo is based on its style, complexity, and size. Just to give you an idea, my custom tattoos range from $120 to create a small custom tattoo, to $600 tp design a large tattaoo, with realistic designs, or portraits, ancient gods, complex backgrounds…
For example, the most requested tattoos, sleeve tattoos in Polynesian, Taino, Aztec or Celtic styles are around $400, it can be more or less.
If the tattoo is in color or just in grays or blacks, etc., if you want, for example, a complex coat of arms on a Celtic armor… things like that…

Your custom design cost also depends on the style and elements you want for your tattoo. For example: a realistic Greek Mythology tattoo for example, with Zeus, Poseidon and Hades, with backgroud and colors, are the most expensive and complex tattoos. And a custom tribal tattoo (Polynesian, Aztec, Taino, Celtic, Adinkra, Inca…) has a lower cost, although it covers an entire sleeve as well.
