Forearm tattoo in Marquesan style
This is the most requested style by my clients. Based on the Marquesan tattoo style of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson tattoos, in this style we can make the classic Polynesian designs of strength, spearheads, ocean waves, with recognizable designs, such as turtles (family symbol), sun, warrior skulls, marriage symbol, fish hook, manta ray…
Polynesian tattoos in Samoan style.
In this Polynesian style we can see strips of Polynesian designs like ocean waves, shak teeth, spearheads, solid black areas, stones, koru (spirals representing ancestors), turtle shells…
Of course, in this style too, we can add a main design (turtle, sun, skull, manta ray, gecko, and/or any personal symbol or logo to represent you…) in the outer and/or inner forearm.
Polynesian tattoos in Maori style.
In this Polynesian style we can see clear lines, recognizable and rounded figures such as tiki faces (on side face), animals like turtles, sharks, stingray; symbols like marquesan crosses and geckos…all designed by thin and curved lines, without solid black areas…
