What tattoo did Mia want?
Mia wanted a turtle tattoo with a plumeria flower on its shell, in Polynesian style.
First step: quick draft
So, to know if she wanted only the turtle, or the turtle with a background of Polynesian designs, I sent her this quick sketch with options A and B, with and without a background:
“Hi Mia, this is a quick first sketch, just to know if you want just the turtle (option A), or the turtle with some Polynesian design in the background (option B), tell me what you prefer?“
Second step: 1st tattoo draft:
Mia chose idea B for her tattoo. So I worked on this sketch a little more.
“Hi Mia, this is the draft , B option, with a more finished turtle, and background of Polynesian designs and twirls. Tell me what you think”
Last tattoo draft
Mia wanted a softer plumeria flower, and in the center of the turtle shell.
“Hi Mia, this is the tattoo draft with a different plumeria flower in the center. Tell me what you think”
Last step:
In just a couple of days, Mia received her dream tattoo, by email, with the stencil, ready to be tattooed in the shop in her area.
